OPIOID OVERDOSE TRAINING: 10/19, 10—11 AM. DCCCA will be facilitating special training at our church in the Friendship Room.  You will have the opportunity to learn about the impact of the opioid crisis nationally and in Kansas.  Develop the ability to prevent, recognize, and respond to an opioid overdose. Learn how to administer Naloxone if an opioid overdose is suspected.  There were an estimated 107,543 drug overdose deaths in the United States in 2023, a majority of them from opioids.  High School age and up are encouraged to attend.  Please sign up at The Information Desk if you plan to attend this training or click this link.
